What we believe
The companies building clean energy don't need another marketing agency. They have plenty of those already. They need a partner who can see the whole business as a system — sales, operations, marketing, data, technology — and find the leverage points the playbooks miss.
That's the work. Everything else is decoration.
How we think
Clarity before complexity. Most strategy starts with what to add. We start with what to remove. The plan that survives contact with reality is almost always shorter than the one you walked in with.
Systems before tactics. A landing page can't fix a positioning problem. A CRM can't fix a process problem. Before we recommend any tool, channel, or campaign, we map how the parts of your business actually fit together — and where they don't.
Empathy before automation. The most defensible thing your business has is the relationship between the humans who do the work and the humans who buy from you. Technology is in service of that, never instead of it.

The instruments we build for ourselves to deliver sharper, faster, more thorough work than anyone running on spreadsheets and gut feel. AEO monitors. Diagnostic engines. Audit frameworks. You never see these directly. You see the output: consulting that feels like it's coming from somewhere ten years ahead of the market.
Two — client-facing tools
The machinery we build inside your engagement that you get to use and keep. Custom dashboards. Bespoke diagnostics. Automated reporting layers plugged into your stack. Retainers stop being slide decks and start being working systems. The work compounds instead of evaporating when the engagement ends.
Three — productised offerings
The rare tool that proves itself across multiple engagements and earns its way to becoming a standalone product. Built only when clients are already asking for it. One well-chosen product is worth ten half-built ones.
The trunk funds the branches. The branches make the trunk stronger. Over time, the shape of the practice tells you which branches want to grow.
Who we work with
Solar installers and EPCs in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, in the €2M–€20M revenue band. Companies past the scrappy early-stage phase, with a real business to defend and grow, but not yet large enough to have a CMO or a full strategy function in-house. Companies whose founders or leaders know something has to change but don't yet know exactly what.
