Written for the people running solar businesses, by someone who spends his weeks inside the work.   ## **What this is** Not a content marketing programme. Not SEO bait. Not "10 ways to grow your solar business in 2026." The internet has plenty of those already and the world doesn't need another.   What it is: a place to think out loud about the patterns that show up across engagements, the tools and ideas worth paying attention to, and the questions the leaders of solar businesses are actually wrestling with right now. Some posts will be short. Some will be long. None will be written by a content writer or an AI working unsupervised. If you're reading something here, Anthony wrote it.   The frequency is whatever the work allows. Better to publish one piece a month that's worth your time than four pieces that aren't.   ## **What you'll find here** **Strategy notes.** Patterns and frameworks that come out of real engagements, written up so they're useful to other operators wrestling with the same questions.   **Tools and instruments.** The internal tools the practice uses, the new ones we're testing, and how the broader landscape of AI-assisted strategic work is actually changing — separated from the hype.   **Industry observations.** What we're seeing in the Netherlands and UK solar markets that might not be obvious from inside any one business.   **The occasional rant.** Held to a high standard.
