Thirty minutes. No prep required. No pitch deck. No slide walkthrough. No "discovery call to understand your needs" followed by another call to "present a proposal." Just a direct conversation about what's actually going on in your business and whether I'm the right person to help.
If the answer is obvious inside the call, I'll tell you — even if the answer is "you don't need me." That's the whole point of leading with diagnosis.
