The first step is always the same. Thirty minutes on a video call. You tell us what's actually happening in your business. We tell you whether we think we can help.
What to expect
No pitch deck. No discovery call disguised as a sales call. No CRM-driven follow-up sequence afterward. A real conversation between two people about a real business.
If we think we can help, we'll write you a short proposal within a week — usually shorter. If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you that clearly, and where possible we'll point you to someone we'd recommend instead. The conversation is useful either way.
What we'll want to know
Three things, in roughly this order. What your business does, who it does it for, and what stage it's at. What's working well right now and what isn't. And what would have to be true in twelve months for you to look back and say the last year was a real step forward.
You don't need to prepare anything. The conversation works better when it's unrehearsed.

Read it carefully. Reply within two working days, usually within one. Suggest a time for a thirty-minute call in the next week or two. That's it. Your details aren't added to a marketing list, sold to anyone, or used for anything other than the conversation you came here for.
A quick honest note
Lopes Advisory takes on a small number of clients at a time, by design. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll tell you, and we'll either offer to schedule a conversation for a later month or recommend someone else who might be a better immediate fit. Either way, you'll get a real reply from a real person.
